Cylinder Tank Lockout

Revolutionary new rugged polystyrene plastic device is used to lockout cylinder tanks, including propane tanks on fork trucks and stand alone propane tanks. Special design allows device to be used in tight spaces. Valve stem hole is 31.50 mm in diameter
